Greek Salad

Quality and authentic ingredients make this simple salad an excellent side or main dish. Drizzled with a Greek dressing and served alongside pita bread and dips of hummus and tzatziki is our favorite way to enjoy it.

STEP ONE – Preparations

  1. Get out a large salad bowl and a small bowl.

STEP TWO – Make the Salad


5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 large chopped bell pepper
1 cup halved grape tomatoes
½ cup chopped cucumber
½ cup halved Kalamata olives
¼ peeled and minced red onion
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese


  1. In the large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, onion, and cheese.

STEP THREE – Make the Dressing


¼ cup red wine vinegar
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon dry oregano
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
½ teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley


  1. In the small bowl, combine the vinegar, lemon juice, oil, garlic, mustard, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  2. Dress the salad and gently toss to incorporate.

Recommended Serving Size: ¼ of salad
